The Biggest Loser (Ep 4)

Blogging for this show is going to be a little intermittent. It's on a couple of times a week right now, and it isn't really my first choice when it comes to TV. That said, people ARE losing weight. Just about all the contestants look significantly thinner than the last time I watched.

Last week, Daddy Yellow went home, leaving his daughter Coleen to represent the yellows. Gillian has no dudes left. Probably because they didn't want to put up with her incessant yelling, cursing, and screaming. She may want to take lessons from Bob, who is much calmer in his approach. He gets the results.

Some Highlights:
-I'm really rooting for Philip and Amy (the reds). They're the husband/wife team with the autistic son. They just seem to be very focused and compassionate people, and this competition is going to be excellent for their family.
-Both the purples have attitude problems, and if they don't get over it, they're gonners.
-Vicky and Brady won a care-package from home. I'm all about these teams that are losing weight to be a good example for their kids. Heavy Weights is all to real these days. I love that movie, though.

What did you think of the episode? The vote-out sends ONE family member home tonight on NBC.
